The burgers are delicious! Would recommend. The staff are really nice and the hotel is nice. You don’t have to pay for parking if you eat they will give you free parking.
Only thing I wanted was sauce with the American burger but it was still delicious without sauce but I would have loved if it had!
Overall would come again and recommend.

If you’re ever visiting Rosen Shingle Creek definitely make a stop at this amazing burger restaurant. The brisket burger was 100% gave me satisfaction. Delicious, delicious, delicious! The other burger was the impossible burger and my friend said it was outstanding. The wings and sweet tea were exceptional. Give them a try. Our waiter was great!

Stopped in at Tobias' Burgers & Brews while staying at Rosen Shingle Creek, and overall it was a good experience! I ordered the Mushroom & Swiss Burger -- the flavor was good, but I wish the black truffle mayo had added a little more punch. The mushrooms are very strong, so if you like mushrooms but don't love super intense mushroom flavor, you may want to opt for something else. Varreck got the kids burger and fries, and we loved the cute little ketchup jars that came with it -- such a fun touch! Service was wonderful -- our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was good, but it didn't totally "wow" me. Still, it's a solid spot for a casual meal if you're already at the resort.

Dustylee is PHENOMENAL. Fantastic attitude. Very genuine person and keeps a high level of customer service to the very end that you do not see anymore. The food was fantastic and out extremely fast. I drink like 4 sweet teas a meal and didn't even take a sip of the first before the food came out. Every one is doing great and you can tell it is a well oiled machine. Whoever left this restaurant a one star review because the hotel charges for parking is wild....

Located in the huge Rosen Shingle Creek resort (which has 10+ dinning options!) in Orlando, FL, Tobias Burger & Brews is a cozy little restaurant (in the hotel dinning section) serving reliable burgers, fries (and a few other things) & 15-20 beer choices (at least 1 dozen on tap). I sat at the bar and enjoyed: American Burger - a juicy, cooked a perfect medium, large pre-made burger patty served on a fresh brioche bun - very tasty! French fries included - hot, crispy, tasty! Stella Artois - cold, crisp, in a pilsner glass Perfectly good, perfectly enjoyable “quick bite” for dinner here. Price = $29 total (before tip). All-in-all, a good spot for a burger & beer.
Kimberly made our first experience at the bar that we came back a second time to enjoy the Smash Burger! Make it a point to make this a stop while you visit Rosen Shingle!
