I went into the Lake Nona location today for an order. Given that we are in a pandemic, I wore a face mask and gloves. When I walked in, I saw other customers wearing similar protection. But not one member of the staff was wearing *ANY* protection.
First off, this place sells food, so anyone handling food should be wearing gloves. NO ONE was.

The waiter Brittany has a very nasty attitude. Unfortunately they can’t allow to taste a smoothie- so if you pay $7 for a cup of liquid you should be able to change it! Her nasty attitude has caused me to not have anything for lunch except a wasted smoothie that taste like water! She caused a poor review!
Planet smoothie make sure their customers are satisfied, therefore by by tropical water..
