Waited a long ass time. Guy w glasses taking order was rude and kept interrupting me to talk to his friends. Food was fine

Love coming here, everytime the food is good and the smoothies are always good. Shoutout nesto and the rest of the staff. My favorite tropical smoothie

I'm not a fan of the food items this establishment offers (you may find that this is not true for you. That's fine). However, the smoothies this establishment offers are delicious, fresh and unique. The cafe is always clean and the staff greet you as soon as you open the door. I look forward to placing another order again.

Great smoothie

I have been coming to this location for the last three days. The service was amazing and that was the reason for me coming back a 4th time. Advice If you notice the server behind the counter having a bad day just walk out it will definitely change the way u feel about the location.

I tried taking the survey but it didn't work.I just want to give a shout out to Ryan and the team members working on April 19th they are always greeting me when I come in and just overall, have a very good customer service and the place is always clean.I really enjoyed the atmosphere

Poor service, below average product knowledge, terrible management.As a long time and loyal customer, I left very dissapointed on 1/7 early afternoon. The place needs some serious training , the manager on duty was not helpful at all and extremely rude. It was a frustrating experience for me and my family. The owners are welcome to contact me and I would be happy to give them a detail feedback. I know what its like to run and own a small business , it takes a lot of sacrifise and effort. Never be rude to your customers and try to accomodate them no matter what.

Never have I ever had a wrap from here that was fully cooked/pressed. The middle is ALWAYS cold, cheese is never melted and wrap is always soft, unlike other tropical smoothies. I’ve asked them to remake it once for this reason and it was still cold, so I just give up On food

So tired of low wage earning, inept, IGNORANT, FREELOADING EMPLOYEES. The customer is brining the money in and the rude, incompetent EMPLOYEES are COSTING the company money. ? They hire these BIASED yet grossly IGNORANT people who cost the company in a paycheck, cost in poor customer service and bad reviews and eventually a Federal CRIMINAL and CIVIL complaint. If you are human of color DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS INFERIOR ROACH MOTEL. Horrible customer service from low IQ employees.

Ryan was a great help. I had to order 7 dozen smoothies for an event and Ryan and his team surpassed our expectations. Great experience overall.

I got the Chicken Pesto Flatbread. The combination of parmesan and pesto with chicken and the bread is satisfying and a good lunch. The bread has a nice crunch.

I was looking for a meal replacement and decided to grab a smoothie from tropical smoothie, service was great! I forgot to scan for rewards and they were able to print me a copy of my receipt for the rewards which was great. It was clean inside and I didn't wait to long only thing for me I felt like my smoothie was very watery! :( ordered the Chia banana boost with peanut butter.
