It's fascinating what others expect out of a hotel lobby quick-serve shopette. Better ones exist, but this is far from the worst. The cold case items were decent. I had the Italian sub and turkey/havarti and both were way better than gas station quality, but not quite gourmet, so exactly what I'd expect.
