I ordered a banana split, and the banana provided was spoiled. When I requested a replacement, I received another banana that was also rotten. Furthermore, the staff member placed my order on the counter without informing me that it was ready. This experience reflects inadequate service.

I went and normally employees either seem really sarcastic or just in a bad mood but that wasnt the case with julius he was funny geniune and completely understand when i struggled to order what i want he was such a great help and definitely will be coming back.
I have never been to a twisted treat before but for my first time it is definitely my favorite ice cream place and Julius was very helpful and patient when I was trying to pick something off of the menu

I have been to twisty treat many times different locations. I live a little bit far out, but I specifically drive to the location on East colonial and ALAFAYA mainly because I like the service and atmosphere the last few times I’ve gone a young kid by the name of Julius has attended me and I appreciate his enthusiastic personality not to mention getting my order, right. Last time I brought my dog and I didn’t even know they have what you call a pup cup that he gave to my dog but first asked me if it was OK really appreciated that. Happy customer here!

Extremely unprofessional service. Someone tell the young man working the drive thru to pull his sweatpants up and not wear slides with socks. This is an ice cream shop not the corner. He also had no idea how to help. Didn’t know what I wanted and his overly blase attitude (while watching something on YouTube??) lost him a sale. Not sure I’ll be coming back.
