Love their ice cream but this location is constantly out of flavors and the cups are barely filled with ice cream… the girl in the window also has a very rude demeanor. It’s worth driving to the next location down the road and be treated nicely. 07/05/25

We got there 15 minutes before closing and the staff that worked 6/3/25 watched us at the window for 15 minutes while 3 of them counted the same stack of money about 5 times and then waited until 12 on the clock to tell us “ hey sorry we’re closed” I can’t believe my eyes and made a rude remark and left because I stood there for a good 15 minutes and they watched me and waited until they were closed so they couldn’t help me this is absolutely ridiculous of how rude and snarky this was these workers need to learn customer service because they just lost one.

I ordered a banana split, and the banana provided was spoiled. When I requested a replacement, I received another banana that was also rotten. Furthermore, the staff member placed my order on the counter without informing me that it was ready. This experience reflects inadequate service.

I went and normally employees either seem really sarcastic or just in a bad mood but that wasnt the case with julius he was funny geniune and completely understand when i struggled to order what i want he was such a great help and definitely will be coming back.

I have been to twisty treat many times different locations. I live a little bit far out, but I specifically drive to the location on East colonial and ALAFAYA mainly because I like the service and atmosphere the last few times I’ve gone a young kid by the name of Julius has attended me and I appreciate his enthusiastic personality not to mention getting my order, right. Last time I brought my dog and I didn’t even know they have what you call a pup cup that he gave to my dog but first asked me if it was OK really appreciated that. Happy customer here!
