The ice cream is delicious. But its extremely annoying that every single time I order a sundae the hot fudge is all at the top . And they they dont add enough oreo, the amount of oreo in my sundae during this visit was so small it was embarrassing. The first few times I can excuse this happening but this has been happening for YEARS the quality has really gone down.

First time at twisty treat brought my family here just passing through the area. We made a pretty large order and they gave my son the wrong topping but they quickly corrected the order no problem. Very clean well maintained and the staff are awesome and friendly. Will definitely visit again next time here

I loved twisty treat and Iāve been coming here since I was a kid starting with the golden rod location and let me tell you this is my favorite twisty treat to go to. The atmosphere is always lively and clean, and the service is more friendly than any other twisty treat. Iāve been to. Go Knights!

Love their ice cream but this location is constantly out of flavors and the cups are barely filled with ice creamā¦ the girl in the window also has a very rude demeanor. Itās worth driving to the next location down the road and be treated nicely. 07/05/25

We got there 15 minutes before closing and the staff that worked 6/3/25 watched us at the window for 15 minutes while 3 of them counted the same stack of money about 5 times and then waited until 12 on the clock to tell us ā hey sorry weāre closedā I canāt believe my eyes and made a rude remark and left because I stood there for a good 15 minutes and they watched me and waited until they were closed so they couldnāt help me this is absolutely ridiculous of how rude and snarky this was these workers need to learn customer service because they just lost one.
