UMA Sushi & Ramen is a fantastic and cozy restaurant offering both sushi and ramen options. The restaurant itself is spotless and beautiful. The food is fresh and delicious, with specific praise for the curry ramen, kimchi roll, tonkatsu broth, chicken ramen, and edamame. The ramen portions are way bigger than expected. The noodles are delicious, and the broths are rich, lovely, and offer a decent amount of depth in flavor. Sushi rolls are also excellent. While a couple of appetizers can be underwhelming, the overall quality is far ahead for a new establishment.
The staff is incredibly welcoming, accommodating, kind, responsive, friendly, informative, and attentive. They show obvious passion and hospitality, making guests feel comfortable. Service is quick, with orders prepared in about 15 minutes. It is recommended to dine in for the freshest experience, as this is not somewhere you order delivery. The atmosphere is lovely and not busy, with no wait. It is a great place for lunch or dinner, and customers are excited to visit again.
