Unreserved at JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek

Check-in was very easy. Staff was very friendly. Elevators are very fast pool and hot tub was a nice set up. rooms with king size bed very clean bathrooms very nice tub in bathroom. restaurant upstairs with rooftop patio was very very good. Sushi and other drink items were fantastic. Definitely recommend checking out. Restaurant downstairs was a little busy buffet looked pretty good. We ordered off menu took a little longer than expected. Food was OK though.

Confirmed my reservation a week in advance and confirmed the day before. 4 hours before the reservation they called to say that it was cancelled.

We attended magical dining to try out this restaurant. Reservations were made but There were a few issues that are minor. One particular menu item was no longer available and it took a very long time to receive our desserts. However, the food was delicious. The vegan meatballs were the start of the show. They were extremely flavorful and the marinara sauce was, very very tasty with authentic tomato flavors. The desserts we didn’t care too much but the presentation. and ambience are really anice setting. I was glad I was able to experience with magical dining. The customer service was attentive and professional.

The food and service were amazing. The Cobb salad and mahi fish sandwich are a MUST try. It's enough to share as my wife and I shared it for lunch. Our server was attentive and patient. If you are in the area, you have to visit.

We are staying at the JW this weekend. Went down for lunch. Had the burgers and salads. Jory was our awesome server. Food was great! Loved every bite. Sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful Florida day!

Unreserved is beyond delicious! As a local, it's quickly becoming one of my favorite lunch spots. The menu options are fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with my choices. The charcuterie board was perfect for sharing, and the Florida Cobb salad with blue crab was light yet filling—just what I was craving. This was my second visit within a month, and I'll definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, flavorful meals!

Loved the food! Especially the snapper and oysters! Ordered kids meals for the 4 and 2 year old, but they destroyed the carrots, sushi roll, and steak. Grateful for the staff for being so accommodating as we navigated eating out with our very young baby (and her incredible mess)! They were especially helpful at modifying menu items to be seed oil free for us ?

Always great food, service and atmosphere. Excellent experience at lunch for a business meal. Jory at the unReserved Beer Garden is one of our most favorite bartender on Disney property.

Appetizers were delicious, and desserts too. Entree was disappointing, I got burned lamb chops, and flavor was ruined with the excessive charring on the meat. Also the food took quite a bit to get to the table and the temperature was cool. Environment was nice, and staff was very friendly, but for me and my wife it’s a one time experience, not really craving going back.

Not sure if I would call this a beer garden. Very few beers and most of what they had on menu was not available. Waiter had little to no knowledge of the beers on tap. Of the 8 beers we ordered for tasting 4 were not available from the menu. Food was decent. Pastrami was a bit dry but flavorful. The wings were excellent. Server was not knowledgeable of beers and was very slow. Better off just staying at the pool and ordering the service is much better.

We went there for Magical Dining. This was our second year choosing this restaurant because we had enjoyed the rooftop bar after dinner watching the fireworks (which were amazing). The restaurant was practically empty the entire time we were there. The first course of salad was delicious. The second course we chose both the scallops and the lamb. The scallops were ok and were served over asparagus puree. The lamb was awful and we sent it back. (3 of the 4 people sent it back) The restaurant was very gracious in preparing another choice. The lemon dessert was delicious, the ricotta cheese cake, not so much. It was very grainy in texture. I would not recommend the magical dining here this year. Our waitress was simply amazing! She was the shining star of the evening.

Came for Magical Dining. Enjoyed our entire experience. The ambiance as a casual elegance. Plenty of room between tables. Valentina, our server, was absolutely outstanding. The Magical Dining menu was splendid, food wonderful. A very nice and memorable dining experience. We will be sure to return to sample their regular menu. Have the say, not particularly fond of the name "Unreserved".

We've eaten here several times before and enjoyed our meals but decided to try the Magical Dining menu tonight. In a nutshell, not very good. Appetizers-peppers excellent but we had to ask for more dressing to be brought to the table because there was very little on the salad as delivered. Main dish- scallops good, lamb good but the pasta was almost inedible. The dish was named as caramelized fennel with eggplant caponata and pistachios but was delivered with almost a cup of overly sweet caponata and little fennel flavor. Left it half uneaten. Desserts no better-the cheesecake was grainy with little flavor and the apricot option was runny. What sounded like fresh apricot with cheese was actually a pudding texture. So sorry we took along friends and told them it was going to be good.

The food at unreserved was excellent but they seemed to be very understaffed. It took 45 minutes to get a drink we ordered when we initially sat down. Our dinner took quite a while to arrive and arrived piecemeal so everyone received their food with the exception of 3/11 people who then took almost another 15 minutes to receive our food. Our server was wonderful but due to hotel management understaffing the hotel and restaurant we would not likely return.

Incredible breakfast buffet. The options were endless and high quality. Highly recommend!!!
