The Urban Pantry is a convenient spot to grab a quick snack or any essential toiletries you might need. The selection is decent, and the setup is easy to navigate. The hotel itself is very modern with a sleek, designer feel, which adds to the overall experience. While it’s not a full grocery store, it serves its purpose well for travelers looking for a quick and hassle-free option. A solid choice for convenience!

I was pleasantly surprised with this option within Universal's Hotel Aventura. We had stir fry bowls that were delicious and a big portion for dinner one night. For breakfast one day we shared an omelet that was huge and delicious, another day we shared pancakes which was a tasty smaller breakfast (which is what we wanted so we're happy with it). One other morning we had a sandwich from the legit Starbucks and it was as expected; tasty and overpriced. All these options have a price premium for the convenience factor but it's a much better value than eating in the parks and probably cheaper than ubering to a nearby chain like Waffle House or iHop too. The only complaint I have is that a tiny self-serve coffee (not from Starbucks but from Urban Pantry proper) was like $4 and nothing special. It should have been half that. Urban Pantry itself is an enticing factor to stay at Hotel Aventura again.

We visited July 2024 and it was understaffed. There are a lot of options with the food generally meh. I ate there 4 times and had problems on 3 of them. First time was for breakfast oatmeal which was fine. Second time: our pizza took forever -- more than 20 minutes for a small four-slice pepperoni. It was super greasy so we had to dab it off with napkins, and small for the price. Third time for a waffle ($14 just for a waffle) and the American breakfast. While in line to order, the woman in line ahead of me panicked because the register wouldn't take her credit card and the attendant said it was this woman's fault and she should call her credit card company. But then the same register didn't take either of my credit cards, from different issuers; we tried a different machine and still no dice (I went to the woman ahead of me who was at her table talking to her bank and told her it was Urban Pantry, not her). On top of that: I got pancakes not a waffle and the guy giving the food out blamed the error on me and wanted the receipt, which I had declined at the register. At that point I just gave up and took the pancakes. I clearly ordered waffle and they were not sorry about it. #4, I ordered oatmeal for breakfast again but there were no brown sugar cups made up. Thankfully the staff member went into the back and had a cup ready after about 5 minutes, of course the oatmeal wasn't as warm any more. So problems on 3 out of 4 orders, and multiple problems on 2 of those. but there is nowhere else to eat at the hotel.

Went to the restaurant a few times during our stay for breakfast and dinner. Was decent each time we went. I’d say the breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get in comparison to the dinner which is similarly priced with more on the plate. Highly recommend the wok bowl.

We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch at Urban Pantry at Aventura on a couple of days of our trip. The breakfast was better than average, although not extraordinary, and reasonably priced for the amount and quality.

The Wok Bowls were delicious! Between two of us we tried both beef and chicken, rice noodles and lo mein, and lots of veg! We enjoyed them fresh, and finished them later as tasty leftovers!

We also loved the Margerita Pizza as a tasty but light poolside lunch.

Overall I felt the food was a better value for the money than the cheaper options at the more high end resorts (TukTuk market, New Dutch Trading, etc.) and we will definitely eat at Urban Pantry again on future trips!

First off, the employees are so phenomenal! So polite! Second, the pizza was fantastic! Better than the pizza on City Walk!

We chose to eat at the Wok station after a long day out with the kiddo. Unfortunately, upon returning to our room (we ordered to go) we realized that the food was incredibly burnt. The Teryiaki sauce at the bottom tasted as if you were licking the black burnt char at the bottom of a stove, as well as the lo mein noodles and veggies it was coating. It was quite late at night and we didn't want to drag the little guy out again so we just took a few bites and trashed the rest. The total for the two bowls was $38.34, the food wasn't worth $10. I can't voice an opinion on the other two stations but I recommend skipping the Wok station.

I asked if they had gluten free pizza, Francisca checked with the chef and yes they did! It was freshly prepared, well topped and hot- can’t ask for anything more! The service was great, would definitely use this for a late night treat after the parks!

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza bases and the chef knew which toppings were naturally GF and what to avoid. And they were so helpful I didn’t feel awkward about it either

This is the best question I've ever shown in a bank. Show a hotel I have this for dinner after going to the park and it was delicious.

Vegetarian options: You can get your wacky balls made with toe feelings instead of Chicken. That's why I like how it's vegetarian options

Dietary restrictions: There's lots of dietary restrictions it's very healthy with lots of vegetables

Parking: You have to pay to talk in the Is parking lodge

Saw the reviews and was suspicious when I passed the pantry on my way for a late night swim. I decided to try it since I saw the dishes everyone was eating and went for the wok. Well worth it, food was quick, taste great, and staff was very friendly. Must be a new chief because I wish we have a wok station like this back in

We got two american breakfasts and a coffee, and took it back up to our rooms. The food was delicious and they have a Condiments/drink bar at the end of the food area with anything you could possibly need. Nice workers
