VI Vibez Authentic Virgin Island Cuisine

Ordered food for a party in Louisiana. I loved that the tarts and coconut drops were individually wrapped and boxed. I also ordered beef, chicken, salt fish patties, and Johnny cakes. All were neatly packaged, sealed, and arrived cold. Everything tasted amazing. The Johnny cakes brought me back to St. Croix. We really enjoyed everything! I will definitely be ordering again! Customer service was excellent!

We had Vi Vibez cater our wedding. We wanted to incorporate our VI crucian culture into our event. Christine did not disappoint, the food was delicious! My guest are still raving about the stew meat, pork shoulder, macaroni and pate (meat pies). I highly recommend.

Hands down true authentic Virgin Islands food! Everyone at my event loved the food and praised the chef! The baked Macaroni and cheese was so good. We also order the baked chicken and the associated tarts. A great taste of home. Will be using it to cater again and again.

We had VI Vibez cater our Super Bowl party.
The food was delicious. We had tart, patties, stewed chicken and peas and rice.
Christine was super professional and her prices were reasonable.
I would highly recommend her food for your next gathering.

The stew chicken I had today was EVERYTHING! I have been having problems with my taste buds due to my pregnancy and today was the first I could actually taste EVERYTHING ON MY PLATE… My baby and I are ecstatic.. so full I’m ready to lay down and sleep for the rest of the day☺️😂
