MCORZ_Vitale, Spa Café

Spent a spa day that started with lunch at Vitale. It took 40 minutes for one burger with fries to come out. The food arrived COLD. Ritz needs to work on this menu, the kitchen, and service! Very disappointing.

Juan was amazing! The food is scratch made, including the gluten free buns. This was so much better than knife and spoon. Thank you Juan for such a high level of service which helped to redeem the ritz for us.

After our spa treatment at the Ritz, we decided to checkout the cafe. The food was posh and I was surprised that it had nice portions. When you go to these upscale hotel cafe or restaurants, the food sometimes can be lackluster with tiny sizes. The waitress was able to make me a mock mojito. It had the same look of the mojito but a refreshing non-alcoholic beverage. Friendly staff, great food, lovely outdoor area with a FAN!! And, not a dinky fan but I actually didn’t feel hot type of fan. Great cafe in a posh hotel.

Meagan was our server and she was awesome and so accommodating. She brought our drinks out to the spa pool. She took our lunch orders right from the pool and came to get us out when it was ready! That’s incredible service. The food and drinks were delicious. I had the Indulgence burger, but substituted a grilled chicken patty for the beef. I upgraded my side dish to truffle fries. The huckleberry lemonade was outstanding and so refreshing in the hot Florida sunshine! My friend had the blue crab salad and also was thrilled with it. It was an absolutely perfect lunch.

What a wonderful meal after finishing up at the spa. I had a relaxing afternoon by the pool with their delicious coconut water mojito and poke bowl. The tuna was fresh, the edamame was bright green and crisp! The mojito was super refreshing after the jacuzzi! I need to go back soon! #tryit

Great place to grab a bite to eat right after visiting the spa at the Ritz. The staff was super friendly, but the wait was a little long. The outside eating area is beautiful and peaceful.

Karina M had the best recommendations! Blue crab salad was phenomenal. Also got the tuna poke which was very fresh. She even went out of her way to ask the chefs about recommendations for dinner at Primo!

We enjoyed the crab salad - first time we've eaten at the spa restaurant (think some of the food items from the pool restaurant menu)

Nice cafe with inside and outside seating. We sat outside and enjoyed a wrap for lunch. Service was great and prices were reasonable.

Limited choices for a snack or lunch. We had the hummus tray which was good tasting. If you are looking for something more filling, this is not the place.

Yes, you can have a juicy burger at the dedicated spa restaurant. And it is heavenly. Made with mozzarella cheese. Yum.

Loved our little lunch at the Spa Cafe. The surrounding area is so serene and lunch was delicious. Loved that there were healthier options for those looking for sensible items. Nice spot for a relaxing lunch, service was a little slow seeing that it wasnt very busy but overall a nice spot
