Fish and fries have zero taste. I got the whole catfish special and and an order of wings. The wings were seasoned and cooked well.

The fish was good. I just prefer a better kind of fish I had catfish. I prefer a wild caught catfish and I know when you visit restaurants or places like this you’re gonna get farm raised in the taste is very different. There was a lot of dark spots on the fish that I didn’t care for and didn’t eat, but the fish was not bad at all. I had the catfish and, shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits was great. I could use some extra butter and pepper with my cheese grits, but I didn’t ask for it and none came in the bag, but it was still good. Everything was hot. Everything was cooked to order about 20 minutes. It was a Friday was very busy restaurant does a lot of business. I don’t have anything bad to say it’s just that for me I prefer a higher better quality of fish, but it’s very good. They have a drive-through which is very convenient and I would definitely recommend it.

I usually don’t even write reviews but today I had the most rude experience at that fish market you could ever have. I ordered fish and grits ( Tilapia) the guy kept calling it a dinner plate plus grits. I was kinda of confused on why he saying dinner and it’s 11:00am . The fact he wouldn’t let me speak and rushing me to finish my order while I was trying to get an explanation from him was rude as hell. When you look at the dinners. It specifies fish and fries not fish and grits. Customer service terrible and on top of that, he act like they the only people that sell fish. I’m not spending my money nowhere it’s not appreciated. We need to stop supporting restaurants who don’t appreciate the black dollar!!

This was my first visit. I did not like the environment at all, nor the fries & hushpuppies. However, the customer service was fine and my grouper & shrimp were good. Sorry, I ate the shrimp before I thought to take a picture. It seems like the seafood is cooked to order. It was hot & was about a 15 minute wait. If I return it would be for fish & shrimp, no sides.

Parking: There’s free parking, just not a whole lot. There’s a drive thru but you’ll still need to park until your order is ready.

The customer service was the worst here for me I was treated like garbage and my money doesn’t matter , they come in our neighborhoods with their businesses and treat us like we are nothing! Even after I apologize repeatedly to the cashier for the misunderstanding I was still treated like garbage and not given my food the Cashier was very aggressive towards me and the languages
/profanity was disgusting ,

My son and daughter, went to Washington seafood place over there on Raleigh Road to get some food. And that's the last time I would spend my money there. The Asian guy was very rude…and was rushing my kids to hurry up and order their food. The food was not good when we received it. There was no salt ? and flavor on the fish. After eating the fish, l get upset stomach. If you have a Business, you need to be nice to your paying customers. Never ? again.

We got the Tilapia fish dinner was delicious ? with French fries ? hush puppies and I ordered a side of grits with cheese ? every thing was good ? will be back to try other stuff. The gentleman taking orders was friendly and helpful.

I usually like their fish. I brag about it all the time but today was different. The fish was very dry no taste and overcooked. I asked if I can get something else. He said "No". Ok, guess I'll take my black ass somewhere else. They might win some but they just lost one. They don't treat us right but we continue to support.

I used to like Washington Shores Fish Market until the guy that had on a red shirt on Friday 9-13-24 that took my order and when I got to the window. My order was $24.50……. I gave him $30 and he tried to not give me the correct money back. He only gave me $.50 cent back and when I told him several times that I gave him a $20 bill and a $10 bill which was $30….. he completely wanted to say that I was lying and after about 5 minutes of me telling him what I gave him…. I even told him to check his draw. He said that he didn’t want to argue no Longer and gave me $5…. Again I’ve never had any issues with this place….. but I most definitely will not be eating here ever again….. it’s not fair how they would come over in a black community and we always support these people but they will not support us. Never again will I spend my hard earned money on this place.

Fresh fish

The food was very nasty. The fish was under-seasoned, fries soggy and they didn’t give the sauce I asked for. It’s like them microwave the fries and just gave it to people. To me I would consider this human abuse. Thank you
