Best option in the area, hands down. Easily the best Wendy’s I’ve had, and the service was actually pretty decent—which already puts it above average.
The only “issue” I can come up with is inconsistent sauce portions, and even that feels like a stretch just to find something to complain about. Sometimes you get blessed, sometimes you get rationed.
Honestly, good job on completely changing my opinion on Wendy’s. Didn’t expect that, but here we are.

This Wendy's has it locked down. The floor and every surface was to the same standard of a military barracks.
The burgers were pretty and didn't fall apart. Our food was packed so neatly in the bags. Then GINA offers a larger bag and drink carrier.
Damn Gina! You allowed us to close out this rainy day on a good note. I know it's just food but I should've asked for a hug. I felt taken care of.

I recently stopped by Wendy’s, and I have to say—it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and fast, efficient service. My order was taken quickly, and everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly the way I wanted it.

The food was genuinely impressive. The burgers were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the fries were crispy and golden, and the Frosty… absolutely unbeatable. You can tell Wendy’s uses quality ingredients, and it truly makes a difference in every bite.

The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and even during a busy time, the staff kept everything running smoothly. It’s clear they care about both their food and their customers.

First time eating since 2015, bought the taco salad, and as a side a cup of chilly. Everything tasted amazing, only negative was the chilly and taco meat came in 2 cups separately but were kinda soupy, not a lot of meat or beans and pretty runny but the taste was amazing. I like my chilly a little thicker not like a soup. Not complaining because I will return, just the only dislike I found, the staff were friendly, was clean inside, and order came out literally like 3 after I put the order in the kiosk. A- will be back! Thank you

I just visited Wendy’s and ordered two cheeseburgers with pickles, ketchup, and mustard, along with a small Frosty. I was surprised the total came to $17, but I double-checked the order on the self-service machine to make sure it was correct—since it's no longer a person taking the order but an automated system.
When I got home and opened the burgers, I found that they had mayonnaise, onions, tomato, and lettuce instead—none of the condiments I asked for (no ketchup or mustard). I was very frustrated and disappointed. I didn’t go back because it wasn’t convenient, but it was a letdown after confirming everything was right on the screen.
I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously. Mistakes like this really affect the customer experience.
