The place is a bit dirty, the ceiling is moldy from humidity. The staff talks a lot and ignores customers, and it takes them a long time to take an order even though the restaurant is empty.

It's fast food. One burger hot, the other warm. Fries warm not hot. I've noticed that clean up of tables and booths is lacking. Staff nice, but I think short handed or poor management. Have been to this particular Wendy a few times. Same situations each time. But think it's consistent with all Wendy's

So I went to that location for the first time today in probably 6 or 7 years. I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo. When it came to the drink, here's how it went:

Me: No, just a splash.
