Found mold in My food !!!! Then when I took it back the manager asked me if I want another one ?! Like no. I do not !!!! I will never eat here again !
20 minutes for a frosty. The staff is soooooo slow. They'd be best to close the store until they can hire an entire new staff. Person at the register would just stand there looking confused if there weren't customers ordering. He couldn't get drinks. Fries, frosty, nothing.
Service thumps down way down....I would fire all of them including the manager and hire new staff.....I'm do upset for the service I received, 31st this particular store......no cashier available to take my order, and asst manager was too busy in DT. That's what she said when I ask for service.
