I placed a pick-up for a 10-piece garlic parmesan boneless wings. Upon arrival, the staff member (Rafi) asked me what my order was and after informing him he said that another guest had just left with it. After waiting for 10 minutes with no update as to what was happening with my order, another staff member came to me and asked if I was ready to pay. I have come here multiple times and have had issues each time. My second time eating here my server was more worried about eating my order of mozzarella sticks, than finding out that I had placed two orders instead of one. She was eating on the floor and being extremely unprofessional. Instead of teaching me how to use the system, she told us to scan the QR code and she would be back. I didn't see her for 20 minutes.
