sat in drive thru tonight for literally almost a hour. drive thru order taker was on facetime. and manager was hanging out the drive thru window talking to his friends in the car behind us. food was cold.. the manager didnt care about the fact he is getting paid to serve ppl. So positive ppl attract positive. negative attracts negative. pretty much the whole entire night shift didnt want to be there. Very slow.. Counter person ignoring line and not wanting to take orders.. Should really be retrained. If store manager watches cameras they can see how he doesn't care about his job,, Time is around 6pm to 7pm... Customers walking out.. I do understand it is a very busy store..
