The service was so-so. The employees definitely acted like they didn’t want to be there buttttt this cheeseburger was absolutely delicious. It comes with “wimpy” sauce and it’s kind of sweet and tangy but it was delicious. This was a good size burger for the price, we will definitely go back. Solid 9 out of 10 for the burger. The fries were not good at all. We didn’t eat those.

The food is decently priced for food inside the park, but honestly it is sooo good. I would go and eat there if it was outside of the park. The Wellington burger was absolutely amazing. Service was really fast. Wish there was more seating though.

Kim Kim is phenomenal! My husband has a food allergy to gluten and they do in fact have GF buns! Just ask! She helped take care of us swiftly and has a great attitude and brightness to her. Food was good too!

Horrible customer service. Got my order wrong and the workers insisted that this was my order. The workers were really stupid. How can someone hire a person who doesn’t know how to do their job?

Universal has tons of food and Wimpy’s is an absolute must. The burgers are delicious, thick, and the fries are hot and crispy.
I would have no problem paying the price if this existed outside of the park. Definitely a wonderful little gem that makes universal studios, universal studios.
The staff is pretty friendly and are very easy going. The fact that nobody was in line made my wife and I apprehensive at first; so glad we didn’t pass. If you go to universal, definitely go to Wimpy’s. You will not regret it!

Rare good place and staff in Universal. I would spend 20 dollar for this yummy burger even outside the theme park! The burger combo is only 16.5 bucks and with crispy fries. Besides, you could have a great seat and a view for ppl playing popeye hahhaha Super fun!
