Store sucks ordered and store said order from Door Dash never came through. ex-wife called manager said there was never an order, I called again manager said no order was placed and was exceptionally rude. Asked for District Manger's phone hung up. Low and behold 2 minutes later the order arrives, 2 hours from initial order that manager said was never made. Manager is horrible and deserves to be fired. $30.00 later cold food two hours late.
Awful service!!!! I ordered off Uber eats and when my Uber eats driver went to pick up my order it wasn’t there ... zaxbys staff handed out my order to another customer and wasn’t admitting to it !!! I called zaxby myself and told them I will be there before 10pm to pick up my meal worth $90 !!! They just had really bad attitude and sarcastic remarks!! They said okay to me saying I was on my way to pick up my food ... I get there and the doors were locked way before 9:40pm...read full review
