we visited here while on vacation. my daughter came in and got our drinks. she paid cash and was given the wrong change. but didn't realize until we were back at our hotel. i called up there and talked with isabella. she said we could get our money back next time we're there. we went back up the next day and no one knew what i was talking about. The BEST local coffee shop. I love that they know my name, know my coffee and are so pleasant every single day. Great, consistent coffee and food. I’m a Biggby Coffee Ormond lifer!
