The specific location that I visited was located on the south side of W Granada Blvd. Like many of these restaurants you have to circle the restaurant to enter the Drive through line. There is parking all around the store and additional parking in the lot next door. I went through the drive-through. The staff was friendly. The food came out quickly and was their same delicious and consistent quality. Overall, it is a good place to pick up a delicious meal in the area.

I love going to this Chick Fil A and I go here all the time. Today I placed a mobile order and I was in a curbside spot for 30 minutes, so I went around through the drive-thru to make sure they had my order. They told me they couldn’t find my order. When they found my order the drive-thru employee told me to park in a numbered spot. When I went to a numbered spot I was there again for another 30 mins. I finally went inside and asked for my order. I was then scolded for being an hour late for my order when I was in the parking lot the whole time and I went through the drive thru.

This was my favorite Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to and I've been coming here since I was little I had stopped going to Chick-fil-A's for awhile ever since I went with a friend and they found a giant glob of hair in their nuggets. I tried going again and this time I found a mosquito in my sandwich. This has ruined Chick-fil-A for me, I just don't trust eating anything from them after this.

Why is it every time I pick up my food I’m waiting over 20 minutes. An hour after it placed. Nobody who works there will ask you “how can I help you?” Or along those lines. They just pasting back and forth waiting for something to do with minimal eye contact.
This store has to be the most underperforming chick fil a in Florida. Stopped in for breakfast, ordered at drive thru. I received my hash browns large tea, but no sandwich. Of course I didn't notice that until down the road. Didn't have the time to go back and get it. I have to work and have 4 kids to feed. With a boss that doesn't tolerate being late. So I will never visit that store again. I did call but we all know that doesn't change anything.
