The line here is not as long as other chipotle’s. The food handlers work very efficiently to make it move fast. Get yourself the chipotle app to collect points. I use to get a free meal. They also gift you chips or guacamole every now and then

Literally paid damn near 20$ for a burrito bowl that came with no meat ! And wasn’t even half full’ I have multiple issues with this place and will no longer order from them .. absolutely terrible

If I pay $10 for a chicken burrito bowl, I shouldn't have to spit out 3 pieces of chicken that were bad. Staff are ok, but not very friendly. Atmosphere has pretty loud dance music. Overall, it's not worth it for the price.

This place has gone downhill more and more as years go by. This location was fantastic 5 years ago. They either need to sell or fire everyone and train all new people. Meat is always over seasoned and crazy spicy. Steak is poor quality, fatty and chewy. Peppers and onions are just onions. The amount of cilantro in the rice it may as well just be cilantro with a dash of rice. Stale chips on more than one occassion. Either employees are lazy or manager doesn't know what they are doing.

absolutely horrible customer service. after waiting for 15 minutes i asked the person if my food was ready and they looked at me and said yes and then just stood there.
Like?? okay then give me my food? wth

This place used to be so good now they are lazy stale chips and bland tasting on the guacamole and chicken stale greasy chips stuck together they just don’t care

I like Chipotle's food but this is the filthiest restaurant in Volusia county and possibly the entire world. Garbage stacked up everywhere, no napkins or utensils, old food and trash on every single tabletop, and floors that haven't seen a mop since the place opened. Hope corporate sees this and does something about it!

Are you stupid or just dumb!?! I ordered double chicken in my bowl and received no chicken. Not a single piece of chicken! And then I have to talk to a stupid robot when I call the store??! Take accountability for your job! There's a reason this company is hemorrhaging money.

The employees literally act like they hate the job and you see them literally physically get angry as more people come in, like they don't want to work... So why did they get a job there in the first place??? This place has gone done hill with the current set of employees..

Husband walked in and greeted the employees, to which they didn’t acknowledge or greet back, the main cashier was rude, was told a protein item wasn’t available while the other employee is telling her that it is. Bought a large drink and they had no specialty drinks questioned if it was gonna be refilled was told. “It ain’t happening anytime soon” to the main cashier today I hope your days get better and you learn to have better customer service etiquette. To the other employee in the back that’s with her on shift. Thank you so much for your help.

Picked up meal for the family there for family of three for $52. I got hardly any food. My burrito was the smallest I’ve ever seen that I bought and I doubled up the meat on it and everything the large queso and chips and I got very little. It’s just horrible. The amount that you get for your money.

Me and my wife recently moved to Ormond and started going to this chipotle about once every week. Customer service is ok. Overall the food is crap. Nobody in this entire store knows how to make rice. It’s always hard and chewy. We got bowls tonight and they taste like nothing.
