Came in on 12/23/25 at 7:40 PM to eat inside on our way to visit a relative in the hospital. The girl who started preparing our order was very polite and soft spoken- but I was immediately off-put by the manager belittling the line cook right behind her. He was very rude to him as he had a whole grill of food, cutting meat, with customers in line in the establishment. I do not want to give this location my business anymore if this is how they treat their employees, especially around the holidays. I almost told the girl to stop preparing my order I was so angry and shaken. The manager on duty needs to learn how to respect his team, especially since chipotle advertises only $14.50 an hour.

So appreciative of Chipotle to be a restaurant that caters to my needs and my allergies when I’m out and about, I need to get somewhere to eat I can always eat at chipotle‘s and these people have no idea how much it means to me just so thankful

Burrito was delicious. The young lady who rolled it did it CORRECTLY!!!! Place was clean and staff was very friendly.

4 Employees can be seen. 1 person serving customers and the line is 13 people long. This place sucks. No im not contacting the support link. Whoever owns this place needs help.

Id give it negative stars if I could... since I'm now down $15 for an inedible quesadilla. But I did get a bunch of free carbon with my order. 🤦‍♀️ Literally can't even bite through this thing... it's shameful.

Always reliable

I love the taste of Chipotle. Nevertheless the staff acts/ behave confused when fixing food order for me. The atmosphere is chaotic compared to the other Chipotle I have been to. The soft tortillas were not heated correctly. The appearance of the food and the set up was unkept.

Girl with long black hair on the station had the worst attitude was slamming my food. By the time I got home one of the cups of vinaigrette in my bag had busted open probably due to her slamming my food it spilled in the bag causing my bag to ripen open and all my food to fall on the floor $10 literally on the floor.

Food is not fresh or hot.
Served by youth that don't communicate, smile or welcome you. Food area is sloppy and unappealing. Best part of visit was to sit outside in front of restaurant and enjoy the pleasant weather. Won't be back - this place is poor in all aspects.

Online order. Came to pick up, was not acknowledged. Many folks were waiting for pick up, also not acknowledged at all by any staff. Room was freezing. Kitchen and drink area were dirty. Staff was not talking to each other or customers and looked sad- very dystopia feeling. The take-out staff member barely looked at me, and did their job extremely slowly, very, very slow, while I waited 20 mins for food that should have been ready. When handed the food, there was no thank you, sorry it was late, have a nice day, or any word at all. I never made a fuss or seemed upset. The food portions were small and temperature was room temp. 1st and last visit.

Very rude staff. Should be polite and learn manners. Used to work at chipotle. Should have a smile on face and be ready to serve costumers. Or don’t work in a restaurant 😤 and don’t mutter under your breath when you forget something that I PAID for!

No one said hi, welcome in nothing. Manager having a meeting and still nothing. I don't eat this shit but I do have to pickup from there. I guess they forgot delivery keeper them going during covid
