One of the best fast food franchises around. Food is good. Fried cod and the walleye are both very good. Service is great, the friendliest fast food workers that I've met. The restaurant is kept nice and clean. Always a pleasant visit.
I had the drive-thru experience The cashier at the express lane Hut was nice and understood my order efficiently and checked me out promptly The problem I had is with the speed of service I am aware that Culver's takes their time to prepare their food and that quality demands time but it should not take 28 minutes for me to receive a burger in the drive-thru line and especially a cold one. Other than that the food was good, it was a little bit on the colder side but hey I just needed lunch so it is what it is. I'm probably going to come back I just hope next time the service is faster

I stopped by here on my drive home and the customer service I experienced from a young lady named Barbara was incredible. She was friendly, helpful with my indecisiveness, and seemed to be an absolute joy to be around. The food was hot fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back if I’m ever back in the area!

My adult daughter has severe gluten allergies. She has had several issues where she has ordered a gluten-free hamburger with a gluten-free bun and she specifically tells the employees she would like gluten-free french fries which they do ensure us they have every visit. The last three visits they’ve gotten her order wrong and the last two of those visits when she’s had to take her order back she’s told it is her fault that she needs to be more specific that she ordered wrong, whatever excuse they can find to make her feel bad about it. In this last order tonight, she actually found a cheese curd inside her french fries and immediately spit the french fries out of her mouth. If she had ingested the cheese curd, she would have gone immediately to the hospital. They also have raised their voice to her and this last visit one of the employees actually started laughing at her. This is unacceptable and so unprofessional. All that work there are teenagers. No one should be made fun of or made to feel that it is their fault. I also went back with her when she had to take her drive-through order back tonight and I ordered separate from her a chocolate dove topping with raspberry syrup custard. Instead of getting Dove chocolate pieces on top, they put peanut butter cup on top. Very disgusting to eat with raspberry syrup. I had to scrape everything off once I got home. They have no idea what they’re doing in the store and we will no longer be going back there.

IF YOU ARE CELIAC'S DO NOT EAT HERE! The people that work here do not care if they mess up your order, or if they make you sick. Their fries, which they promise are gluten free and are fried in a separate fryer and oil, are not. I have a severe gluten allergy, which I alerted the cashier to, and I found a cheese curd in my fries. When I returned to the location and told the manager that I had a severe gluten allergy, would most likely be sick in a few hours, and asked for a full refund of my meal, the manager told me I would not be receiving a full refund, that it was not their fault for making a mistake, and that I cannot expect them to be perfect. When I told him that if I was Celiac's I would be in the hospital, he told me it was still not their fault, and a nearby cashier started laughing because apparently sending people to the hospital is humorous. In short, I did not receive a full refund, only one for the fries. This is not the first issues I've had with this location. Two months prior, I asked for no cheese on my burger, and they put cheese on it. I asked someone to fix it, and the person that rang up my order came up to me and started shouting at me that it was my fault for not telling him I didn't want cheese, and another employee had to intervene and calm him down. I sincerely loved this location when it first opened, and it saddens me that it has declined in quality so fast. I do not understand why they could not have simply refunded me my meal, instead of escalating the situation and behaving with extreme unprofessionalism and carelessness.
