Always a great experience
Jen was our server and she was great! Very attentive. She made sure we got our food quick and it was good. She came to our table and talked to our kids. Very much appreciated as my son took to her. We will be back for sure and request Jen to be our server. My son will be happy to see her next week!

This IHOP provides delicious food and consistently great experiences. Many servers are highlighted for their excellent service. Eileen is described as prompt, courteous, on top of everything, great with customers, bubbly, sweet as pie, and awesome. She is great with kids, taking care of orders with creativity and making them laugh. Dawn is noted as helpful, pleasant, on top of everything, very thoughtful, and having a positive attitude. Robert also assisted helpfully. Cassidy receives particular praise for phenomenal service, rocking it as the only server in a full restaurant. She did everything with a great attitude, a smile, and was pleasant with every person, ensuring every single meal was correct. The restaurant itself has very high chair booths, which some find private. Others, who are regulars from the Flemming Island IHOP, mention preferring that location's wide open and social atmosphere, which is a hot spot for seniors. Overall, it is a place where many plan to return.
