I just wanted a hot chocolate. The line moved quickly, but when I got to the window, the computers stopped working. The kid at the window was great and very apologetic. Hot chocolate was great.
We walked from our hotel. Went in the door and was told they are only open for mobile orders. There was no sign on the door or any other communication about mobile only. I downloaded the app, placed my order, waited and then was told they did not have half the flavors I ordered. Because I ordered via mobile, no refund was possible.
