Placed an online order. Sent hubby to pick up order, family box and 2 wraps. He gets home and it’s not even in the correct box. The nuggets were missing and the fries were cold and over cooked. Literally just a shell of a fry, no potato to be found. Hubs went back up there and they proceeded to argue with him stating he was lying about missing nuggets. I wouldn’t drive all the way from beachside to get free nuggets! No real management in that store. Will not be returning....read full review
I to one in about 20 years.read reviews, but since your business was in the direction I was going I decided to stop. Won’t make that mistake again. I pulled to the front as asked. My wife got tired of waiting so she decided to step inside. She heard screaming and three big ladies shouting. Finally an employee brought our big bucket of chicken, but when we got home….the side of green beans and one biscuit was missing. Went to this location on 5/28/23. The wait was forever and the chicken tasted old. I’m very disgusted and will never eat there ever again 😡😡😡😡
