Every time we go here they mess up the order . I'm very clear and I repeat it but for some reason they never get it right. I'm sick of returning to get it fixed. Just don't go to this location.

Food is yummy, thanks. Service could use work. I'm the only one in the drive-thru. I paid with cash and the cashier, who is wearing food service gloves, gives me my drinks. She then asks me to pull around. ... I asked how long it'll take (I'm still the only customer); she replied, "Not long, they're making it now".I asked why do I need to pull around. She replied, "They track our numbers."I asked, "And you don't want them to look bad?"She replied, "yes".I pulled around to the front door and sat in what would be the fire-lane and waited for another 5 minutes for my order or 2 sandwich combos and a mashed potato bowl.---Hello corporate of KFC, ya mind helping the paying customers out? Godforbid a firetruck needed the fire-lane instead.
Worst KFC experience ever. The chicken strips were so dried out hardly edible. Mashed potatoes from temperature. If you specialize in chicken, there’s no excuse to serve dried out strips. After I ordered, the lady behind the counter continued working on something else. I went out and got my jacket out of the car, and when I came back, she was still doing that, and finally decided it was time to make my order.whatever bookkeeping she was doing shouldn’t come before preparing my food

Ordered a chicken sandwich. Instead of the proper patty they gave me two tenders on a bun.Hopefully they were just out. Otherwise that's false advertisement.Otherwise the staff was nice.

Thia place is always backed up, today i waited for over 40 minutes, my order was never made until i went for the second time to the counter. My chicken was dry and oily, food was cold and a very nice gentleman (did not take his name) went to make my order himself and found my order being made in the back when there was nobody inside the store only in the drive thru.Bad bad very bad experience once again.
