Not enough help in the restaurant did not have any white meat that's not good for KFC need to be a little more cleaner too
Was so disappointed. I haven’t been to a KFC in a long time and I had high hopes for dinner. The place was nice and clean inside, but when it came to the wait, I waited 30 extra mins for my order that I previously purchased online for pickup. I had little ones waiting at home and lo and behold, we were missing part of our order. It was an entree for one of my kids, so I was incredibly disappointed. The food we did get wasn’t horrible, but the sandwiches were very dry....read full review
Tyrell, the night manager brought me to tears of happiness! I explained to him that my order the previous night wasn't right. He went above and beyond to rectify the order I made tonight. He even included a hand written note. He is an asset to the KFC company!
