Just picked up my order. Asiago bagels are overcooked. They supposed to be yellow not brown. They were not even able to slice white miche. Horrible service today 07/14. I order same stuff once a week but what happened today is not cool.

We stopped by to grab a quick cup of coffee and a pastry but ended up eating an early dinner. We ordered the Italian Steak and Mozz and Tomatoe Basil BLT sandwiches and loved them. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere and the staff were super friendly.

Some items on the menu are a good deal, but most are small portions for a high price. It's a good place to hang out and have lunch or dinner, but I don't go there just for the food.
The salads have chicken that is cold, thin sliced, and is flavorless with pieces I sometimes need to spit out. Their cup of soup these days is really small too.

Listen, I enjoy most things about Panera, but unfortunately their prices are just getting out of control. The new menu has brought some really good items back. I've tried a few different things and they've all been tasty. I just can't handle a sandwich, with a bag of chips and a medium tea being $21. So while it used to be a treat every couple of weeks, now it's every few months.

Got the chicken and bacon sandwich with soup for $12 and this is what I got. Where's the chicken? I cannot put up with this type of portion control profits any longer. My days of ordering any more food from Panera is over!!! They need to put people over profits! This is ridiculous!!!

I ordered a kids meal with ham and cheese. I got turkey ! When the sandwich was opened there are onions ?!? Did not want onions on my kids sandwich.
