Walk in 2 people working neither pay any attention to me. One finally asks if I had ordered yet I said no and she looked annoyed 😂 walked out no thanks

Terrible, the garlic knots were burnt and tiny, the square cut pizzas weren’t square cut, not even cut like a normal pizza. I think the staff are deliberately messing up. And it’s working considering the rating..

Three I have tried to order at the counter and three time I was never acknowledged and straight up ignored. I work in this plaza and sometimes depend on dining here. I believe it was the Manager.

EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES. Was told my order was the next out of the oven but when it did i wasn’t informed. Had to wait and ask to be told. I was just there waiting for an order that was already ready.

Crust was not not any other Papa Johns. Regular Crust was compacted pre made or old. Worsed pizza ever had. Get frozen or anywhere else

They will not bring you a pizza if they don’t feel like it. Then will lie and say they called with a directions problem and you have no missed calls.

Food was cold I don’t recommend getting food delivered. They don’t have drivers so they use DoorDash drivers mind you I ordered on there website and DoorDash picked it up I tracked the order and the driver stoped at 3 other houses before mine and my pizza was supper stale and cold almost like rubber and I called them and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. Don’t not use this papa John’s

I don’t normally write reviews often. However, I called to order food. I wasn’t quite sure exactly what I wanted. And was admittedly, taking a while to Make up my mind and order, the young lady that answered the call was extremely rude and told me she was in the middle of rush and hung up on me. I usually use Papa Johns as a go to for pizza, but I will likely not do that now, way to ruin the experience. I wish I’d caught her name. 10/2/24

If you are a person of color I highly advise you not to go in this establishment. I went in and the person at the counter did not acknowledge me and acted as if he didn’t hear or see me up and the customer service was terrible .
