Ordered a pizza at 8:30pm on a Saturday night directly off Papa John’s website. The delivery time estimated 35-45 minutes. After this passed, I go on the “papa track” option on their app to track my order and it now says 9:55 pm delivery. Okay, whatever. Then 10:00 pm comes by and no pizza. I check again, it shows my driver’s location in Palm Coast and says my order will be delivered by 10:35pm and as each minute passes, it adds a minute to the delivery. Called to speak with the manager and was told they cut their drivers at 9:00pm (what business does that on a Saturday night??? I’ve never heard of this) and either way I ordered at 8:30pm. She said doordash takes over after 9:00pm, but even so I have never waited over an hour for a doordash order. They did not seem to care too much and said they were wondering where the doordash driver was too but could not tell me when I would receive my order. I did not want 2 hour old pizza at 11pm at night. So long story short, waited almost 2 hours, never received an update, pizza driver in Palm Coast, and pizza never even left the shop to get to me. Used to order once a week from here, but won’t be ordering from here again. Not worth it

Called to ask for missing items was hung up on twice.. apparently everyone is a manager here !!Very rude !!! Find a different location.... p.s. the call center had me order direct.. nobody wanted to take responsibility... great pizza HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES !!!! I'm a national Google reviewer let's see how this pans out..

I went and got a pie. Super nice girl at the counter, and polite. The pie was a bit more crunchier than i had liked, but it tasted good. Better than Pizza Hut, and i really like Pizza hut.,id return here because the whole area looked very clean..Parking: AlotWheelchair accessibility: Theres room for a wheelchair and a ramp about 50 ft away from the door.

Ordered online ... picked it up myself. There is no dining on site. We found the pizza quite un-italian in its flavor. I'm not sure quite what it is, but it's not really what I want.
The online picture showed a scrumptious Chicken Alfredo meal. Thought it would come with pasta. Very disappointed ?

Everyone was very nice. I was there right before closing and I just came from a visit at the hospital and was starving. He even brought the pizza to my car I was waiting in. Pizza was fantastic and the cinnamon sticks were to die for!
