I was in today at drive thru . Got my two drinks
Tasted it and was not made right.. so I went inside to get a new one made. Told employee what was wrong with drink , employee said they would remake one .
Problem was .. I stood there for almost ten minutes and watched all drinks being made for drive thru and was no customers in dining area but 2 and they already had there drinks .
PROBLEM.. My drink should have been made immediately, not 10 mins of wait time after I had already been in drive thru..
SO I left with no refund or coffee! I was so not happy ( not first time with this location with drink not right) but always was corrected right away! When I told young lady I was not going to wait any longer they all just looked like what was going on..I would be a shamed if my employees ever treated someone this way.
I also go to this location all the time .
I also run a customer service business..
I WOULD NEVER LET MY EMPLOYEES NOT HELP A CUSTOMER THAT HAD A DRINK MADE IMPROPERLY, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE IMMEDIATELY!!!

I’ve been too many Starbucks and I can say this was the worst one to us over a 15 minute wait for a vanilla ice latte and I repeated my order about three times that I wanted a triple espresso on a Venti cup with vanilla and with vanilla cream and whole milk, she stopped me in the middle as I was saying my order and you could hear chatter in the back and I didn’t mind it until I got my order and it wasn’t even the right one like they didn’t even add the milk or the cream. It was also too long of a weight for a single coffee and whenever you get to the front to pay, they don’t even agree. She told me the total and expected me to give her a tip. This was the worst experience at a Starbucks that I’ve had so far.

I went today to get a drink, and they’re out of ice. They offer me the drink room temperature. Not sure how a business like this doesn’t have a back up plan for something so essential as ice.

I had a DoorDash order that got tipped over by accident. I had to come back to have the order remade. And the staff on shift on 12/16/2024 @1:13pm were absolutely amazing. They remade the order and helped me with my anxiety. Highly recommended. I didn’t even order food or drinks from them and they were so sweet.

Okay. So I love Starbucks, I love the coffee. I don't love the prices that they have now inflicted on us consumers. I really feel like if they would cut the cost of their coffee somewhat. They would sell more in the atmosphere. It's okay, but not what it used to be.
Starbucks We need for you to cut the cost per cup of your coffee. Because some of us will have to stop purchasing it if you don't. It should not cost over $20 to get a cup of coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Come on that's ridiculous!

Yesterday around 6:00 pm I had a very bad experience at this Starbucks drive tru T West Granada Blvd Ormond beach .I order a drink vanilla bean with caramel on it . Because my English is not good I didn’t understand what mean drissel so I said with sirope please I also order a pink drink and ham and cheese croissant when I will pay I noticed the drink didn’t have the caramel so the cashier male said I did mistake order it with sirope I said yes I did sorry I didn’t understand drisssel meaning can you do it again in the right way ? They give me the drink with a ton of caramel on it very gross but anyway I left the place . I tasted it was a caramel
Bomb mean they never make a new drink they give me the first one with sirope and the add a lot of caramel on the top and all around . I come back to the window and a young girl said I must go back to the speaker to talk to them their politics said nobody can talk at the window to claim anything they cover their back pretty well but the first thing they asked at cashier if you give them a tip? , I did I went back to the speaker area and apologized again because my lenguaje problem but seems they did nothing to help me but they did a very horrible drink for me instead very rude and unfair . I order them a normal drink with no caramel vanilla bean . I went to the register the young girl give me the drink and the male cashier show up and said hey apologize!!! I said no way to apologize you did this on purpose to a Latina you will

Back the horrible drink they prepared to me and the young girl again said I can’t leave anything at the window . I said well this is garbage please place it in the garage disposal I leave it there .
few points to consider:
1- I feel discriminated because of my lenguaje my disability to express myself right .
2- I feel they focus in charge a drink and they ask you to Tip them after but if you have a problem with your drink they treat you very bad more if you didn’t give them the tip .
3- I called to talk to the manager their phone line is not working so my husband who is American called the East Granada Blvd Starbucks to talked to someone about this they give us the manager name .

This Starbucks is very unorganized they never have anything in stock and there is always an issue with a long wait or a wrong drink, it is the worst Starbucks in the entire Daytona Beach Area because the other Starbucks are not like this at all. The staff are very rude and don’t do anything to resolve issues taking place.
