I visited the Subway on Granada in Ormond Beach. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. The manager, Paul, was very friendly and made the experience that much better. Would highly recommend.
I ordered a rotisserie chicken 6 inch sub and my bread was extremely hard and drenched with sauce - the chicken was undercooked I had to leave a review because that’s not right at all - the DoorDash delivered my food and the cookie was MISSING & NOT in my bag - it’s always something with this particular subway- DONT COME HERE !! This was on 10/24/24 @ 3:45pm - IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I used to love going to Subway, but then Subway got rid of the sweet onion sauce and then my whole world shatter. I’ve only been to a subway four times in 10 years. I would go weekly if I had sweet onion sauce on my cold cut combo

This store's manager is a great guy and an asset to the company. I ordered on the Subway app and went to pick it up but he said that my order didn't show up in their system. I showed him on my credit card app that I was charged for it. The manager went ahead and made my order at no additional charge. He was a great listener and really cared about my issue. This is rare and appreciated.

Ordered online and waited half an hour. Walked in the store and they immediately told me there wasn’t enough time to make the sandwiches so apparently online orders have no priority and aren’t treated as customers…

Whoever is working today, nope. The kid is not listening. I was asked the same questions over and over. Not hard questions. What kind of bread? Not sure I need to be asked 3 times for the same sandwich. It's literally the first thing they ask and we could barely move past it. I think I got a total of 2 Oz of meat on my foot long. Please get that kid off the line.

Terrible service for the last three times I have gone. Slow, shorted orders on pick-up and the flat breads are now thin and nasty. I cannot believe this location is allowed to stay open.
Best Damn subway I have ever been to! The Sub was delicious the restaurant was very well kept and clean the cleanest subway I have ever been to and the service was great highly recommend!
