I ran into the same employee who was at Mason Ave. and had the same bad experience. She's very rude, unfriendly, and treats customers as if they're doing us a favor. I left there for another restaurant. It's worth mentioning that other employees are friendly and attentive, but that woman is horrible.

Zero stars if I could.
Ordered 3 subs, 3 cookies, and a drink for pickup. When we got home, the cookies and drink were missing. Honest mistake? Sure, that happens. But when I called to resolve it, I was shocked by the response. Instead of owning the error, two employees, Stephanie and Sarai, accused me of lying.
We left a $10 tip. We’re not chasing down cheap snacks for fun, we just wanted what we paid for. Being called a liar over a mistake they made is beyond disrespectful.
It’s one thing to mess up an order. It’s another to treat your customers with zero integrity and absolutely no accountability.
Do yourself a favor and skip this Subway. There are too many other places that know how to treat people right.

Order two chicken teriyaki footlongs. Or did the rolls toasted they weren't toasted they were so soft and mushy It was like rubber bread. Both sandwiches were 3/4 of the way filled and not even filled. I ended up combining the sandwiches into one. And it's still didn't look anything like their advertisement on TV. There is hardly any chicken teriyaki on one sandwich and absolutely none on the other. Two tiny pieces of tomato, And maybe three little pieces of onion. Talk about false advertisement. Never again

The atmosphere in this place is not welcoming at all, most of the employees have no customer service skills. When you walk in, employees look unhappy, as a customer do not expect to be greeted, but for sure you will feel the pressure on being rushed to order. This for sure was an unpleasant experience.

I visited the Subway on Granada in Ormond Beach. Food was fresh and delicious. Service was great. The manager, Paul, was very friendly and made the experience that much better. Would highly recommend.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken 6 inch sub and my bread was extremely hard and drenched with sauce - the chicken was undercooked I had to leave a review because that’s not right at all - the DoorDash delivered my food and the cookie was MISSING & NOT in my bag - it’s always something with this particular subway- DONT COME HERE !! This was on 10/24/24 @ 3:45pm - IM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I used to love going to Subway, but then Subway got rid of the sweet onion sauce and then my whole world shatter. I’ve only been to a subway four times in 10 years. I would go weekly if I had sweet onion sauce on my cold cut combo

This store's manager is a great guy and an asset to the company. I ordered on the Subway app and went to pick it up but he said that my order didn't show up in their system. I showed him on my credit card app that I was charged for it. The manager went ahead and made my order at no additional charge. He was a great listener and really cared about my issue. This is rare and appreciated.
