Monarca Mexican Cuisine & Tequila Bar in Ormond Beach is the best kept secret in town! Their mouthwatering dishes are made with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor, not to mention their beautiful presentation. If you're looking for a delicious Mexican meal, this place beats out any other restaurant in the area.
We stopped by @ 4:30, there were only a couple of groups.Maybe they need a Happy Hour? The restaurant was clean and well maintained. Prices are decent, in line with competitors. The Wife had chicken enchiladas and I Tacos Pastor. They food was very tasty and well presented. Excellent margarita. Next time a real test, Carne Asada!
