Have to feed a lot of kids… This is an amazing alternative to pizza. I believe chicken is better for you. They give you a good amount for a decent price. I’m happy with the party platters, and the flavor of their food.

Had a an amazing experience thanks to Sean! He was very helpful on our first time in, helping other coworkers out and very attentive! Sean definitely made my experience here great and anytime i’m ever in the area again i will for sure be back! He deserves a raise!!

BEWARE ROTTEN MOLDY FOOD!!! Corporate needs to show up and clean house. I ordered a house salad with grilled chicken and no fried onions. I asked if the carrots and purple cabbage was optional and was told it comes in the salad mix. When I opened the salad I immediately noticed the salad looked black on most of the lettuce and wet like it had been sitting in water. I proceed to pick out as much as I could off the carrots and cabbage but now I’m also picking out the nasty black and brown wet lettuce pieces as well. I then found a big nasty moldy chunk of the lettuce core in the salad along with a brown rotten piece of the core see photos. I’m on my lunch break and now I have a salad that I’m afraid to eat. I will not dine here again, this is completely unacceptable. And I really want my money back. All the food places in the area I could’ve chose and I wasted my lunch break picking up a wet, rotten soggy salad. Also the worker taking my order from the intercom did not taking than listening and cut me off as I was trying to speak and had to repeat that I wanted grilled chicken because he wasn’t listening the first time.

Sign up for Zaxby's club and get free Chicken Zingers when you spend $5 on your first visit. So, we did, and they were good. We ordered a Cobb Salad and Diet Coke along with the free Zingers. Ordered off the app when we pulled up in the parking lot at lunchtime, and the food was ready by the time we walked inside and got settled at our table. The food was sitting on a cart in front of the pickup counter with our name attached to the bag. Good food and some healthy choices, too. We'll be back later on down the road.

I had the pleasure of dining in this Zaxbys with my family and I cannot say enough good things about this place! The team was super fast, efficient, and friendly. The restaurant was so clean and the atmosphere was really nice and very upscale. Well worth the price of the food, especially with the quality of everything (chicken tenders, fries, Texas toast, and milkshake), all SO delicious and filling. My family and I were SUPER impressed with our experience here, and we have already been telling our friends and family. 😋💜 Many thanks to Zaxbys of Ormond, for giving my family an enjoyable lunch eating out, something we rarely are able to do nowadays with the economy and everything.

I ordered food for myself and family in the drive through and was given the wrong order of far less of a value. I continued my drive for 30 minutes before I noticed the food was incorrect. When I called back they were not able to do anything for me unless I drove back to there location. It was a very disappointing situation and will never order anything again from this franchise.

Light ice means A LITTLE ICE because your drive though doesn't seem to understand that x2 oh yeah and the $4 I paid for the two two inch chicken tenders was ridiculous

Did a lot of shopping didn’t feel like cooking stopped by Zaxbys picked up two chicken sandwiches with a french fry and Arnold Palmer’s. They made our Arnold Palmer‘s with diet lemonade. We don’t drink diet. It was disgusting. My body cannot digest those artificial sugars on top of it everything was very hot and made fresh but they put half the bottle of seasoning salt on the french fries I had one and I couldn’t eat anymore. The amount of salt in the food was overwhelming four times as much as what was needed. I called the manager and let them know and they asked me for the receipt. I just did big shopping for the month. It’s in the bottom of my trashcan and I’m not gonna look for it thanks for nothing. I will not be back. I would suggest you don’t stop at this restaurant either. They’re not accommodating in anyway the food was by far the worst I’ve had around Unless you like to be suffocated by salt don’t stop here. Management needs to think about a new career definitely not customer oriented in anyway.
