“We ate lunch at Neat today and the food was delicious!! My husband had the chicken sandwich and I had the street tacos. Everything was fresh and the flavors were amazing! Our server was very nice and we had a conversation with the owner Jeremy who talked to us about all the plans for the restaurant including a bourbon tasting experience and live music. I would highly recommend a visit to Neat!“
“They had a band playing in the bar area inside. So if you want to hear the people you are with don't sit on that side. Other than that they have great food and the staff are very friendly. Nice setup with outside fire tables. Cool nostalgia around the place.
Parking: Was just told that they will shuttle run over the bridge to the islands free. Parking then you call them to pick you up.“

“The owners, staff, and the local patrons creates an enjoyable atmosphere. Sitting at the bar there are no strangers whether it's your first or your 30th time. In addion to the great atmosphere, the food is really good ?“

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Stopped here looking for a place to kill time with our boys before a flight. Adam took care of them nonstop with Shirley Temples while we enjoyed Happy Hour adult beverages at amazing deals. Great ambiance, outdoor Florida breeze, a ton of tv’s for games, terrific drinks and outstanding service. GREAT, GREAT PLACE!!“

“Always stop here when we are in town. It's not the fanciest or probably the best food but it's locally owned and something unique to the area. Always love supporting smaller businesses and have always had great service while eating at a place with a unique atmosphere“

“This is exactly what you hope to find in a Florida waterview restaurant, great view and vibe! We split a grouper sandwich, and got the coleslaw. The sandwich was terrific, but the coleslaw is mind blowing! We also got the key lime pie. I’d get all of it again! Hoping our next visit will be by boat!“
