“Fantastic food and service. We had chips, queso and 4 tacos. Probably should have only had 1 taco, but had to try another one! The chips are unique and delicious too. Very casual atmosphere. Feel like they take the quality of their food very seriously! You can tell. We ate at the Bee Ridge/Tuttle location.“

“We ate here for the first time and it was wonderful! We are from NY amd have eaten at great Mexican places but this was spectacular! Unique and lovingly cooked! Spectacular food and unique pairings! The hibiscus tea was amazing! The chips were just about the best I have ever tasted .. wonderful! Bravo to the Chef! You should be very proud of your self! 👏👏👏“

“It was my first time at the restaurant. We ordered a huarache, carne asada, lomo, barbacoa de borrego, and a torta. Everything was absolutely delicious, starting from the chips and salsa. Highly recommended. Service was great. Definitely going back.“

“AMAZING tacos spot!! Best tacos I've had in Sarasota holy cow! Get the carne asada on corn tortillas and use both sauces. I can't wait to try everything else. Also they're EXTREMELY fast. Super friendly too :) busy at lunch time. It's a taco truck so gotta eat in your car, minimal parking around.“

“We love all the Tequila resturants ...Blue...Pink...Lime and now the Venice Pineapple Tequila that recently opened. We went to dinner tonight with friends there and had a great meal. We had about a 30 minute wait but well worth the wait time. Our server Yalitzaly was wonderful...she was super friendly and did a phenomenal job taking care and serving us. She was very experienced and accommodating ....I would say she is a super good valuble employee that cares about the resturants customers. Thanks Yalitzaly for making our night enjoyable and the desert was awesome ! Rap & Mary Peavy“

“Rigo Taco Ricos is what happens when a food truck marries a gas station and their child grows up to become a flavor god.
This burrito? Life-changing. I’m not being dramatic — every bite felt like a warm hug from someone who knows how to season meat. The rice was fluffy perfection, the grilled meat had that smoky, just-charred-enough edge, and the cheese melted into the kind of creamy happiness that usually only happens in dreams. The tortilla? Griddled with love. I don’t know what Rigo’s doing back there, but I would 100% attend a TED Talk on it.
And the salsas? The green one flirted with me. The red one slapped me and called me “mijo.” Both were perfect.
Even the chips were next-level — crunchy, golden, and clearly not an afterthought. I would trust these chips with my secrets.
I’ve eaten in fancy restaurants that charged me $38 for a dish with the word “foam” in it — and I’d STILL choose this burrito 10 times out of 10.
So yeah, if you’re anywhere within a tank of gas from this place, go. Go now. Skip your meeting. Fake a flat tire. Tell your boss you’re chasing greatness — because you are.“

“Quality of food. Life long member of the owners from Adrian Michigan. I don’t understand when I read comments as for “not authentic Mexican ingredients”. Does the sign not say “Tex-Mex”? In Adrian Michigan we have a large migrant population that prefers other Mexican restaurants over the grasshopper. Huge reason is that the taste buds of visiting Mexicans are used to hot, very hot. As I live here in Mexico I cannot sample any hot sauce because it’s too hot. So I bring my own hot sauce with me when I eat out. I don’t consider the menu as Tex Mex. The family founders brought recipes from Mexico but again, had to tone down the spicy seasoning for the northerners. HOWEVER, if you ask for the extra hot seasoning, they will make you a dishes that will set your mouth on fire upon request. I can’t explain the next topic, but that no one has complained but their menu prices that seem to never increase. As for the cheese dipping sauce? I haven’t been to the Sarasota location. But it’s a wise-tail in Adrian that the cook staff has to sign NDA’s just to know the recipe. Everyone has tried to replicate it but no one has ever gotten it correct. Linda/co-owner has been a lifelong full-time employee that worked every day beside her now ex husband that runs and operates the original Adrian Michigan establishment where his parents created the restaurant. She only hires the best staff and the staff are lifelong dedicated employees. In Adrian, no one visits for the decorations or environment because it’s nothing close to impressive, they visit for the food and service and the staff that brings you refills before knowing that you need one.“
