I’ve eaten here many times and it is usually very good, however, last night I was unfortunate enough to come down with food poisoning after my visit. Cleanliness standards likely need to be reviewed with the kitchen staff that works on Tuesday nights (6-7pm). As a sidenote, my girlfriend’s food was fine as she only had a veggie burger, not meat like I did. However, the kitchen sent her burger out without a tomato on it, and when asked, we were informed after the fact that they were out of them. Lastly the dining room lights were offensively bright when we arrived. We asked the person working at the counter to turn them down, and she did.

When you hire people that don’t care about your business. You’ll get reviews as such. Literally walk in for just 2 milk shakes, cashier ask which flavor to then say, our machine is down. Don’t you think that something to say from the beginning, before asking the flavor I would like.Nowadays common sense is common.

Your meal gets cold at the window, and no one will pack it up for you because customers who are eating in the restaurant keep coming in to order. You can only wait? Wait until the customers who came later than you sit down! The service at the restaurant opposite is better!

I have no idea how this place has a 4.5 rating. This place is awful. For $31 we got a hot dog with a stale hard bun, burnt fries and a very basic burger that was so overcooked my shoe would have tasted better. For a place that has burger in the name you would think they wouldn’t use cheap frozen patties.

Incredible service from staff especially Fez. The burger was great and wonderful portion of fries as well. Did not take that much time for food to be ready during the lunch hour.
