Customers receive 4-5 tiny hash browns with their order, and it's important to specify "hot" when ordering to avoid ice coffee since ice is now the default. While they do not have soy milk, almond and oat milk options are available. The donut holes can be a bit dry, but wake-up wraps and sausage egg & croissants are tasty. Parking is good, and service has improved recently, with orders being prepared quickly, even before payment. The staff's speed makes young children happy by getting their donuts and hashbrowns fast. Overall, the experience has turned around, and the team seems to be working better together.
