I’ve been to this Marcos before way back and had a bad experience but decided to give it another chance this weekend. It definitely felt like a completely different environment. The service was amazing and everyone was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked it. I decided to eat there and was offered plates and napkins with my food before I could ask. Although we ordered a simple half pepperoni and half cheese pizza, we were very satisfied with our experience. The crust is made just right and it had the perfect amount of cheese. We normally have to get extra cheese other places. My only concern was the customer service. They didn't let me know the deal they had going on and almost charged me $22. Going downhill in terms of "offerings", promptness, and quality. Used to be my "go to place" for pizza, but with recent developments I'm going to have to find another! Advertised 'specials' are eliminated using 'corporate/Mgmt decision' as an excuse, wait times for placed orders have taken up to 1/ 2 to 1 hours and amount of "toppings" ordered are scant at best, while some items ordered are left off!! Overall they have gone downhill over the past 6 months!
