Hannah was an amazing server tonight on New Year’s Eve. Unfortunately, another customer was verbally abusive toward her. Management should have shown more backbone and removed him immediately. Hannah deserved better support.
Yesterday after a long day of work we went to Texas and got the best server. Isla is such an amazing and kind person. She made our experience a 10/10 and I will definitely be asking to be in her section next time I go.
It all started with the warm reception. I felt like I was walking into a family or friend’s home. We were seated shortly after arriving and our server Cookie took great care of us. Food came out quickly and was well prepared. I have to say, their restrooms were so clean and smelled great. On my second trip the bathroom, I actually brought my dessert in and ate it.
