Shout out to Clayton Crossing McDonalds. I come here everyday because the employees are friendly and efficient. They keep this place in tip top shape and very clean. For Covid they have hands free doors that open with your foot. Best of all, today, they had my custom iced tea ready before I walked in the door. One of the girls saw my car pull up. I’m lovin it! Thank you McDonalds! ♥️
This was not fast food. Took forever for a burger and fries to come out. It felt like I caught them in a shift change that was not a smooth hand off. The food was good and hot when I finally received it.
Everything was good

McDonald's, a well-known fast-food chain, has undergone some changes in recent years. The restaurant now features a more modern decor, but some customers find it lacks the warm, inviting atmosphere they once enjoyed. The staff, though polite, appears overworked, and the self-service kiosks have replaced personal interactions. However, one customer was pleasantly surprised by an employee who took the time to chat with them. Despite the long lines, the new Cajun chicken sandwich was a highlight, though the overall packaging and presentation of the food could use improvement.
Recent customer reviews praise the location for having friendly, professional staff, and fresh, hot food, including perfectly made nuggets. One customer even plans to drive past closer McDonald's locations to visit this one. However, another customer has experienced issues with the availability of drinks and the temperature of the french fries.
