Zaza Cuban Comfort Food

Today April 30, 2025 I ordered vaca frita meal, all staff have no manners to entertain me, I guess because I’m not Spanish and I’m not young, I waited 20 minutes to get my order, I have to asked where’s my order!!! I hate this place now

I ordered a Cuban sandwich and fries. Cuban sandwich was eh. French fries were not even edible. Definitely will not eat there again.

Ordered the bogo this morning and I have been so sick since.

First time here, I was pleasantly surprised that the food was very good. I ordered a dozen empanadas for our table, 10, and they went quickly. Everyone spoke well about their experience.

Love this spot for some coffee and empanadas. Highly recommend

The food is always great, service is ok - but something must be wrong with the tools they use for maintenance because the restaurant smells like a old wet moped, it makes the experience to be unpleasant, the only place at the restaurant that smells good is the bathroom.

Came in for breakfast. Great food but very cold inside. Observed two more people complaining about the temperature while I was there.

Worst cuban food I've ever had very dissapointed got the platters rope Viejas tiny portion and no taste! The pork was the same tiny portion and tasted funny never again I will drive to orlando or elsewhere .just bad! Don't bother with reply like others I wont be back !!! You only get me once .I can see by other reviews that nothing will change.

I think they were very friendly and the food was good.
The thing that really bothered me was the first time there. Hair in my food. I said. Ok. Things like that happen. So I went again because that’s no big deal. The. The second time I came. There was a lady emptying the bacon ? grease into the trash can. Pieces of bacon was falling off the sheet and hanging over the trash can. Not touching the trash. But right there. It really turned my stomach. It shows me that they don’t put sanitary as a priority and I didn’t want to write this cause I like the vibe there and the food is good. But. You gotta wear gloves and be cleaner. Hope this helps for improvement.
