This is now our go to place when we're in town to visit our son. The vegan and vegetarian options are amazing, thank you for offering those as options, my husband appreciates it. This will be our 3rd or 4th visit and won't be our last. Theres not many places where i feel comfortable enough to try new and different things on the menu but i can here! Giselly was our server and so sweet. Thank you!

We had a great dinner with my In-laws and my niece! Giselle really helped with setting up some tables for all 6 of us and taking our orders. She checked in several times and really made our meal a real treat!

Giselle was the best waiter I’ve ever had in all my time fine dining and in all my times at Zara (this was my first time) she did not get frustrated when we repeatedly asked for garlic aioli sauce and Checked on us constantly, great service 10/10

After Saturday morning practice, a few students from Nelumbo Jiu Jitsu Academy and our Sensei decided to grab lunch together. When everyone enthusiastically recommended Zaza Cuban Comfort Food, I was all in, and I'm glad I was.

Zaza is conveniently located in the shopping plaza off Alafaya Trail, with plenty of parking available. One thing that always stands out to me when dining out is cleanliness, and Zaza did not disappoint. The dining area, serving counters, and restrooms were all clean and well maintained. The restaurant is also spacious, making it comfortable to move around and accessible for guests using wheelchairs.

The menu offers a great variety of authentic Cuban comfort food. I ordered the steak sandwich with red beans and rice, and finished my meal with a delicious pastry filled with sweet cream cheese. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying.

A special shoutout to Hillary, who helped us at the counter. She was friendly, patient, and provided outstanding customer service that made the experience even better.

The atmosphere was relaxed, the food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Zaza Cuban Comfort Food to anyone looking for delicious Cuban cuisine in Oviedo. If you stop by, be sure to say hello to Hillary!

There was a bloody bandaid in with my food, they acted like it wasn't a big deal and said someone would call me (that never happened). Extremely disappointing and unsanitary.

Our food was never brought to our table. We had to go the counter to pick it up cold because it had been sitting there and never brought to our table.
Also the bacon was under cooked and we sent it back. Once it was finally brought to our table now it’s burnt. The service sucks

Paid $20 for $8 worth of food. Gave me maybe 2oz of vaca frita (wasn’t even vaca frita btw, more like pulled beef). Come here for a good ole scam!!
