“Absolutely loved it! The food was amazing! They make their own whipped cream for their pies and hot chocolate, pancakes or waffles. That whipped cream is the best we ever tasted! We've been here five years and just now went for the first time. We will DEFINITELY be going back! Great service, it was all 100/10. We even got a whole peanut butter pie to bring home. That is amazing too! See y'all soon!“

“I love First Watch on 9 mile road and, the service I received from "Taylor" was bar none, the best!! I love the blueberry multi grain pancakes but recently I tried the breakfast burrito and it was AMAZING! Definitely recommend this place!“

“Megan, the store manager at the garcon point road new location went above and beyond for my family today. Our Online order got mixed up due to picking the wrong store and she QUICKLY helped get a new order in and handled the whole thing so professionally and with a smile on her face. We were all so impressed with the care she gave us and grateful appreciated how helpful she was. We love waffle house and this is our new favorite spot that we will be eating at from now on!

“I will not give the 1 star review they deserve. But after waiting 1 1/2 hrs the lady at the counter lied to my wife about her order. It never got placed. I understand the pressure there under. But instead of fixing the problem we got our money back and left without food. I was very unhappy with the service received by this employee. I'm not using names because I don't want anyone fired. But I probably wouldn't be back for while“

“We ate there today. Food and drink fine. I found that the rest room had two five second bursts available to dry my hands. No further allowable ways to dry my hands except toilet paper. Won't come back.“

“This is for the waffle house on 9 mile behind the cvs. This is the best one I've visited in the Pensacola area. The food is always good, the service is great, and it's very clean. I would definitely recommend this waffle house to anyone“

“We had dinner at this location. After working a long days work the staff was wonderful. The food was delicious just being nice to your guest. Makes the food much better. I do recommend going to this location the night staff they are wonderful. They had great vibes make you want to go above and beyond and tip greatly.“

“Not a soul in the building other than my husband and staff. We got to enjoy a quiet lunch. I had the 2 egg breakfast with hashbrowns and my husband had a chicken sandwich with hashbrowns. Food was great, eggs were cooked perfectly, the tea was great (I had unsweetened while my husband had sweet).“

“Food was alright, I found a hair in my pancakes, the avocado was old and brown, and the strawberries on my pancakes were still a bit frozen. My boyfriend enjoyed his food with no issues. BUT our server Cody was amazing! He was super interactive but not in an overbearing way. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.“
