My wife is in a wheelchair and our host Chris helped me clear the ladies room so I could get her in and when it became full of other patrons, Stephanie from the kitchen went in to retrieve her. Very good customer service, excellent food and inviting atmosphere.“

“Just want to say Ms.Jaclyn was very sweet, kind and she was generous enough to help accommodate me. I just had surgery less than a week ago and needed to socialize and she was such a sweet heart and very attentive. I would also love to thank the chef of the day Ken, the food was amazing and it was the perfect pick me up. I’m glad we decided to have brunch with you and will definitely love to come back.“

“The food is always great to my order, service is always greeted with welcome to BK where you rule which is awesome to hear and it is always very quick even at lunch rush they seem to get everything together pretty quickly. It is always a clean and well stocked restaurant 👌 wonderful all together experience!“

“Food ? delicious ? love the spicy chicken plenty of parking very friendly associates however take to long to get food after ordering takes atleast 30min and most time kids meal is missing toy or drink and would be nice if they offered something in substance since I'm paying full price and not receiving everything I had payed for

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly however most of the time toy is missing as well as children drink and do wish there were more options like apple juice instead of soda would like if something was offered in for the item or items missing seeing how I have already payed for meal with missing items

“I didn't eat here but while I was waiting for a Doordash order, I witnessed a customer being very rude to the kid working the counter. He was doing the best he could as was the rest of the staff. I understand being hungry but taking it out on someone who is literally running around handing out food is unacceptable. Nick was very calm and courteous even though the customer was being a true Karen. Great Job Nick. Keep up the great job.“

“Good people, all the staff are very nice and it's a good place to stop and eat while at work.
I've never had any major issues with the food or staff and am very pleased to stop here
The only issue I have is the long waits for food but I think that way be a whataburger thing in them making it fresh? I dunno i just use the app on my way there and it's ready for me by the time I pull up. This makes it super convenient“

KSOO THE BURGER GOD (AKA THE CHEESE WHISPERER)

LISTEN HERE, CHILDREN.
Mama D rolled up to Wendy’s with my grandbabies—Duck (who acts like he’s been through the wars but can’t fight off a fry) and Phillip (tall, sneaky, and always tryna steal extra ketchup packets).

I asked who made my burger, and they said,
“That’s Jevonte, but round here we call him Ksoo.”

I said,
“Ksoo? Baby, that sound like the name of a rapper who only spits beef and cheddar.”

Well, when Ksoo came out, he looked like he could bench press a whole cow and still smile through the grease. Big boy with a heart bigger than his waistline—he made that burger like he was painting the Mona Lisa with patties and cheese.

I took a bite and almost dropped my wig.
I said,
“Ksoo, you put some kinda spell on this burger? I swear this meat got me feelin’ like I’m sittin’ on a throne.”

Duck started droolin’ and said,
“Granny, this ain’t just a burger, it’s a flavor concert in my mouth!”
Phillip tried to sneak an extra fry but got caught mid-mission—Mama D don’t play.

5 STARS for Ksoo.
One for the meat so juicy it should come with a bib.
One for that cheese melted like it was gossip on a hot summer day.
One for Ksoo’s smile that could cure Monday blues.
One for makin’ my grandbabies forget about their phones (for like two minutes).
And one because Mama D’s still talkin’ ‘bout that burger like it’s family reunion drama.
