“With all the anticipation and wait for he upgrades. It's really not much better. Service is feeling differently (those folks are always rushing around, busy), smaller food portions (the pricing, my gosh! New-Normal) and friendliness are unfortunately slipping and have been at this location.

It's still the best fast food chain in Pace and still great overall. -1 star for the slippage, but I'll still visit on occasion!“

“A pleasant surprise, I usually avoid KFC past few years do to bad experiences. Plus being pricey for what you get. Last week I decided to give this location a try. My order was fresh including the fries and tge price was reasonable. As a added bonus the staff was polite, although not particularly knowledgeable of what they sell. Regardless the food was fresh at a good price and I revisited 2nd time and same quality food.“

We were greeted by a young man, named Allyn, who had shown us the menu; and told us the popular options. I strongly recommend this fast food restaurant due to the wonderful staff and tasteful food!“

“Stopped by and got tostones, a combo meal for 4 which included a whole chicken and 4 large sides. We got the pico, black beans, yucca, and plantains. The service was very fast and food was great. Everything was approved by our 13 month old— I couldn’t get him more chicken fast enough 🤣.“

“I've had Zaxbys, I've had Raisin Canes, and yet nothing beats foosackly's. The fries are crispy and hot, the chicken was perfectly fried and seasoned, and the toast? I couldn't ask for a better piece of toast. If they ever come to South Carolina, they will absolutely beat out any other chicken place!“

“I come here at least once a week. I always order the popcorn shrimp. This is the best Popeyes in Pensacola! Food is always fresh, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and order delivery is always fast and accurate! It's the only Popeyes in Pensacola that I'll eat at!“

“For a fast food/casual dining restaurant, it is very reasonably priced, the food is great, restaurant clean, and service great. I have rarely had a bad experience from a Slim Chicken restaurant and this location is no different. I highly recommend trying it out if you are around the area.

The entrees, premium sides, and everything else have always been good and fresh. The service time is very quick and on par or better speed of all similar chains such as Zaxby's, Foosacklys, Raising Caine's, ect. In my experience“

“Staff was super friendly as always, we got the 100th customer celebration for my daughter and a free half dozen of chocolate chip cookies! The interior was super clean and had an elderly gentleman constantly walking through to clean and offer to refill drinks if needed. Overall great experience.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.“

“On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“
