“Had to be in town for a month and after hunting for years for a good coffee shop in Pensacola for years (and we’ve been all over town), we finally found it here. It wasn’t the closest, but it was the very best - loved the ambiance, the original artwork, the friendliness of the staff, the Asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a large latte, extra shot with whole milk. Though my son loved the Purple Rain and my wife loved the Crème Brûlée. I’ll miss this place!!!“

The Manager introduced himself to me and went over some of the specialties, I don't think anyone does this anymore - I had to get the Chicken Divine which was a signature item served over mashed potatoes and decorated with shrimp and a great remoulade sauce. If you are into Gulf Coast cuisine this is the place. Love the selection, the ambiance, got to see some local songwriters Jarred McConnell & Declan - very friendly patrons at the bar. Service was excellent. Waitstaff never skipped a beat. The history of the Blackwater is everywhere you look!“

After my original few visits I've noticed a bit of a decline in the service here. I've had two instances now where the barista running the shop couldn't do something on the register like a drink modification or printing an itemized receipt. It's such a shame because this used to be my favorite tea shop but the menu is unclear and the baristas don't seem thrilled to tell you about what's in the drinks.

“Olive Garden is hard to beat for Italian food. We went right after church with friends and only had a minor wait. It opens at 11 00 on Sundays and there is always a line to get in at that time. It also fills up fast on Sundays! I always order the delicious lasagna, and with it the unlimited salad and hot bread sticks. For some reason this is some of the best lasagna I have had....and the serving size is VERY generous to the point I take half home! If you like lasagna I would encourage you to try it!“

Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I live near this location and this is my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. I once placed a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. I spoke with the manager Kaite the next day and told her what happened. She was more than willing to assist me and remake my order. I give Kaite five stars for great customer service!“

When they knew it was out of the restaurant's business policy, they misbehaved. How cheap mentality!!!! Those people should go to fast food stores. Please never come to a well-known restaurant like an Indian Grill. I don’t mention anyone's name. How do they know that issue? Might be the same people who came to the restaurant. “On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“

“We went to this location this morning. And, to be honest the wait from time of ordering to actually receiving the food was pretty exaggerated... But.. apparently the wait was worth it. We had the best Omelets, best pancakes we have had anywhere in Pensacola.. Our Compliments to the Chef, the Cook, the Sous Chef and the waitress that brought it out.
