“Had to be in town for a month and after hunting for years for a good coffee shop in Pensacola for years (and we’ve been all over town), we finally found it here. It wasn’t the closest, but it was the very best - loved the ambiance, the original artwork, the friendliness of the staff, the Asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and a large latte, extra shot with whole milk. Though my son loved the Purple Rain and my wife loved the Crème Brûlée. I’ll miss this place!!!“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When I moved to Florida Foosackleys became my favorite place because they ALWAYS SERVE FRESH FOOD!! This highlights how well the business is being managed as SO many other fast food places give out old food ALL the time & don’t seem to be held accountable by management but at foosackleys the team is well managed and ALWAYS friendly. I have been here countless times and NEVER gotten anything less than scorching fresh out of the fryer food AND friendly service. You will NEVER deal with a rude worker or a worker that’s not friendly. THAT SAYS VOLUMES ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT & I seriously commend them. THANK YOU for always giving great service & giving Pensacola a reliable place to get fresh food that is delicious & juicy & affordable!

‼️TIP/PROBLEM:‼️ One thing I did want to bring aware to the company is 2 small issues I have with the Togo containers, their food is so hot that when you get it to go & drive home, by the time you get there the foam boxes are literally partly melted on the roof of the box so I believe they could use different containers. ALSO (and more importantly) the little paper things that go on the bottom of the foam container that has their logo written in purple ends up coming off ONTO THE CHICKEN which is not good. I have had it happen the last 3 times I’ve came & found my chicken was purple on one side & was utterly confused until I realized it was the paper with the purple writing that came off onto the food. I find this to be the most concerning problem & was hoping this would make the company aware so it could be addressed.

Parking: If the parking lot is full just park across the street or on the side u will be treated amazing it's worth it u could even park on either side next door or get them a great parking lot they deserve it By far the best customer service I've ever seen and it's consitant u could come ever day for a week always great customer service“

“I was impressed with one of the managers called, Amanda. She was proactive, friendly, professional, and definitely attentive to all the customers she took care of. She took control where it was necessary and happy doing. She was amazing. Oh! my fajita chicken salad was delicious and a lot. I was pleased to eat there and the place was attractive and clean. “On February 18th I flew into Pensacola from Houston TX. My flight was the last flight out for the night and was delayed because of weather. We were an hour late getting into Pensacola. When I exited the plane my Texas DL fell out of my pocket, unknown to me until I was in the car exiting the airport. I came back and went up to security, but everything was closed. It was 11:30 there was no more flights and everyone was going home. There were some flight attendants leaving and they pointed me to the baggage area. Someone would be there. So I waited and then came a figure that resembled an angel. Micheal Bell for United airlines. The small things go along way, and if he is a representation of how Pensacola International airport treats their guests… job well done. 10/10 💙 thank you.“

“I live near this location and this is my favorite by far. The staff are always friendly and have great customer service. I once placed a mobile order and was not able to pick it up. I spoke with the manager Kaite the next day and told her what happened. She was more than willing to assist me and remake my order. I give Kaite five stars for great customer service!“
