After a bad experience a year ago, I tried Sonic again today. I would like to inform others, that service was fast, friendly and the food was good! I was very surprised. Thanks to the team that worked on 8/16/23! Yall did awesome! And look at the size of those onion rings!
I'm not sure whats going on with our Palatka Sonic. But it has fallen by the wayside here lately. I dont know if the management has changed or whats going on. But for the past 2 morning I have went to Sonic to get ice (which normally isn't a problem) but both mornings Danielle ( not sure if she is a shift leader or just some one who doesn't care) refuses to sell me ice. On Monday morning, she inform me they had no breakfast items to sell. I was not there for breakfast, just ICE....read full review
