“I visited my regular Starbucks as my daughter love to go there, but today was so special because Cassie (don’t remember to well the name) but she took the time to help my daughter and offered so many things so she can enjoy her coffee (without caffeine). “I frequent this location & the service is always top tier. Earlier today specifically though my barista was Taylor. She made me a vanilla iced latte with almond milk. I got my drink quick as always & I turned & sat at the red light. All I see is Taylor booking it to my car from behind me! I roll my window down & she says she didn’t make it with almond milk she apologized (out of breath) & said she needs to fix it. She immediately fixed it & again, apologized. This girl needs a raise because she could’ve just let it pass as an accident. My sensitive stomach owes her for life!! lol. Thank you Taylor for going above & beyond & being so kind. We need more people like you in this world.“
