“My daughter and I stop here every time we go shopping, it’s our little treat. The pretzels are always delicious and fresh! All the staff is so friendly and helpful but our favorite is Asha! She is so nice! We always make a point to say hi to her when we go by even if we’re not getting a pretzel that day. She’s so hard working and professional.“

“While I have always been very satisfied with the pretzels from Aunt Anne's yesterday I was so disappointed and upset by what I was given. My sister and I had just finished our walking and we were going to treat ourself to a cup of pretzels. I wanted garlic ones. I had been thinking of it all week and was so excited that it was a day that I allowed myself treats. The mall was closing soon so we ordered our pretzels. The girl had put so much garlic on them they were uneatable. I tried pouring all the excess garlic out of the cup but that still didn't work. Every piece was saturated and I had to throw them away. I LOVE garlic but I think she used 1/2 the bottle just in my cup. Had the mall not have been closing I would have returned and ask for new ones. To be honest the girl who waited on us looked and even sounded upset. She had that were closing so go away attitude. My sister spent almost $10.00 getting those pretzels cups for us and I feel like she threw her money away. Of course I won't let this one bad experience stop me from ordering more pretzels but I think something needs fixed when you are served uneatable food.“
