Subway is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews. While some customers have had positive experiences, with friendly service and fresh food, others have had issues with their meals, including finding a rat in their drink and receiving skimpy portions. The tuna sub, in particular, has been a source of disappointment. However, the breakfast service has been consistently good, with one employee, Bri, receiving praise for her terrific sandwiches and awesome service. The new manager, Francine, has also been well-received.
